Delivery times: We prepare the shipment within 24h/48h, the sending of the parcels is assured by private companies (depending on the geographical area).

Due to the high demand as well as the current health situation in the country, our delivery times are impacted (the average delivery time is between 4 and  6 days).

Sometimes your items may be lost or damaged on their way to you. If this happens, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Simply contact our support.

You can return your ordered items within 14 days of reception and we will send you a full refund.

The return costs will remain at your expense.

The product must not be used.

upon reception of the product in our Warehouse, we will inspect the product to confirm the validity of the conditions and refund you the same day.
